Last night I was switching the removable decks in my dripbox and the post broke off of it. I have a few spare decks, but I can't get the broken one out and I have no idea what to do. Really don't want to buy a new rda for it because I liked the look of it with the stock kanger rda. Any way to get this deck out of here without the posts??

It screws in, yes? Any tool that can hold the deck (any part of it) enough for you to turn the main casing of the atomizer should work.

Rubber gloves will help grip things, maybe hold the base and turn the deck with your first two fingers?...
But the problem is there's nowhere to grab the deck because the posts are broken off of it

Not being familiar with it hard for me to say but if you have a dremmel tool cut a slot and try using a screwdriver to remove it. The larger or wider the better.
I'd imagine there must be a way to get it unscrewed, unless you really put it in tight.
