Afternoon experts, need a bit of help if at all possible! Got myself and RN4702 from e-cigs last weekend. Really pleased with it, haven't had a ... since.
But, today nothing's working on it, tried topping up the cartridge and nothing, tried changing the cartridge, nothing, changed the battery over, nothing, the led's still glowing (and sometimes flashing? why does it do this?) when I pull on it but no vapour whatsoever.
The thing didn't come with any form of instruction manual, so I may be doing things completely wrong - have really no idea what I'm supossed to do by way of caring for it, cleaning it etc etc.
So, anyone that can help? Would be really appreciated :(

The battery flashing means either that the battery needs to be recharged or you hit the cutoff – typically 5 to 10 seconds of draw (automatic batt) or button press (manual batt).

Sounds like your atomizer died. They do that, although usually not so quickly. [However, your experience is not unprecedented. It's happened to me more times than I would like.]

Make sure that your atomizer is always moist (but not flooded). Cartridges don't always do that very well. Supplement* topped off cartridges with dripping a couple drops directly on the atomizer coil (i.e., into the center of the tube).

* Or substitute cartridge use with direct dripping. I got fed up with carts months ago and only drip.

The atomizer is the most delicate, vulnerable component of an e-cig. You should have several on hand as back ups.

To learn about the caring and cleaning of atomizers (and optimizing cartridge effectiveness), check out the instructional videos in Part 3 of my 510 Guide. Virtually all of the information there is equally applicable to the penstyle, i.e., your RN4072.

And welcome to vaping – the good, the bad, and the ugly!:D
