Okay, so my partner and I have used the same Aspire Triton2 tanks for about 5 years now. They were never leak proof, but lately this problem has been getting worse and I am trying to see if the market has something better to offer. Other than the leaking problems, the Triton2 has been great. Here are some desired features that I hope to find in selecting a new rig: holds at least 3ml, long lasting coils that are affordable (around $3 ea), replaceable O rings would be nice, manufacturer that is not a fly-by-night, and hopefully leak-proof. Also I should note that I currently use 0.3ohm coils @ 38w and really have no need for very high wattage vapes.
If anyone knows of some tanks that fit the description above, I would be grateful for any suggestions on what to shop for.
Thank you and have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Tobeco Supertank. Holds ~5 ml, uses the same Aspire coils you use now and like, been around a long time, o rings are replaceable and inexpensive. As to leak proof, you would need a top air tank, but then you'll need their proprietary coils. There are several on the market, none of which I've used, so I'll let others weigh in on that.

However, I've never had leaking problems from a Supertank or the Supertank mini, but anything with bottom airflow can potentially leak on you (so can top air, it's just more resistant).

I've had really good luck with the Smok Baby Beast in the past: 3 mL capacity and never, ever leaked. The coils run around $2.60 per unit depending on where you buy them.

Alternatively, if you ever want to get into building your own coils (much cheaper than buying commercially made) for the possible vapepocalypse, I can definitely recommend the Blitzen RTA. Really easy to build on and with the right wicking I can even lay it on it's side without leaking.

You've had trouble with leaking too? Try the Zeus Sub Ohm Tank. It's advertised as leakproof because of the top airflow design. And judging by my experience with variants in the Zeus line, that claim is merited. It holds 5mL and uses either 0.2Ω or 0.4Ω pre-assembled mesh coil assemblies rated for use between 60-80W.

Freemax fireluke mesh tank, either 1 or 2. They have these NX2 & TNX2 coils that ohm at 0.5 and are flavorful and last quite a while. Both coils are compatible with both tanks and vice versa. These mesh coils are wonderful and it’s nice to find ones that ohm a little higher as most are 0.1-0.2 ohms which is ok but needs more wattage where the 0.5 ohm coils I listed vape wonderfully at 35 watts.

Don't know much about "sub-ohm" tanks, but just wanted to remind you (I looked several up) yours is less than 23mm diameter and others may be bigger (the Zeus is 26mm) How wide is your mod? I use a 24mm on a 22mm mod... don't mind the "overhang" because I wanted a specific tank. Also, there are many good deal on "kits"... you get the mod and tank for barely more than the mod alone costs.

As far as sub ohm tanks I like the Cerberus and I like the Innokin Ajax it's fairly new and the coils are proprietary the Cerberus however has a huge list of coils that you can use with it. I have not managed to get any leaking from the Cerberus whatsoever or from the Ajax and both of them have decent flavor they're built well the Cerberus is very intuitive in its design. I actually have a preference for the Ajax but the coils are a bit of a downside to me the coil actually has the 510 pin which can be nice because I have heard of people dropping their tank and the 510 busting off and then it becomes unusable with the Ajax you would just replace the coil. But that is a proprietary coil there is nothing else that will fit in there and I don't believe that they last as long as a company says they do good flavor though

I have the Vaporesso NRG SE tank. It's 22mm, and with the 0.5ohm GT CCELL ceramic coil, it vapes beautifully at 30 to 35 watts. I love this tank. It came on my Swag and gets used a lot. No leaking, with a nice sliding top fill system. Lots of flavor, and the GT CCell coils are top notch. Nice dual slot airflow system that allows you to adjust to your perfect air flow.
