Help! Spoiled by my Pass Through!

I got a 5v 510 PT recently and since I've been vaping it nothing compares.. not even my 3.7v mrpuffer and by far not my reg bats. Those are good if I'm out and about or doing housework. But if I'm sitting watching TV or laying in my bed, I want to vape my PT.

Now, I have a USB to wall adapter I got from my Blu kit. I've been using it ever since to charge my iPod with, but when I hooked my PT up to it the LED on it just blinked like a regular battery would if it ran out of power.

What up with this!? I really want to use this PT everywhere and I even got a USB to car lighter thingy so I can use it in the car, but why won't my wall adapter work? Does it need to be a specific voltage? Can someone point me to some info please?

I can use my 510 Pasthrough with an ipod wall charger no problems with 240v power here in Australia

It is possible that the internal battery in the passthrough is dead. letting it "charge" while hooked up might be the solution. If not...I'm really not sure what to tell you. I know the standard 510 atomizer draws...1.8 amps if memory serves, most wall adapters don't provide that much, so the inline battery makes up for it. The voltage of any usb device is standardized if it's hooked up as a non-data connection. (power only) Shouldn't be an issue here.

Is it the madvapes 5v one? (or one like it at least)
Just unplug it for a bit, might be as much as a day btw, then plug it back up; it should work ok again. Mine (and other people's) do this as well, no clue why, but giving it a rest for a while seems to do the trick.
Also make sure the threads on it are clean - mine sometimes gets in a huff if they are a bit yukky.

that blue usb charger adapter has an output of 0.8A i think. i tried the 5V PT on it and it does not work. its an amperage issue

I use mine with a 2amp USB/AC wall plug I also got from madvapes
Guess I didnt notice yours was less

I too have been spoiled by my passthrough. I have penstyle 801/302 type attys.

I can't use anything else but the passthrough now. THe regular batteries seem weak. I don't get my fix when Im out. I had to ask my buddy for a cigarette at a casino today.



....I dunno what other cartidges look like, but I've melted a bit of the plastic in the 801 carts. I think I was going a little to crazy on the passthrough.

5V = blue stuff
3.7 = regular stuff (but if you have it on an LR it gets better)
and when you use the PT on yer computer be careful not to fry the usb port or (even worst yet) the motherboard...

Oh hmmm. I ordered one of those at the same time I got the passthrough. I wasn't planning on sitting by my the computer all day. Yesterday I was at a BBQ and I had my vape plugged in one of the outside wall sockets. People kept sneaking up to it and taking hits.

I've actually never plugged it into my computer.

Another supplier will have them. I got mine at MyVaporStore.com. I beleive that's the URL. They should have the Mains adapter you need.
