HELP! Trouble with new Ego-C upgrade!!

I bought a new Ego-C upgrade by joyetech a few weeks ago. It worked great for a few days then my plasma tv that was mounted on the wall fell and damaged it. I replaced the head, tip, plastic part where the juice is stored. It now doesn't vape as well. Sometime the metal tip will burn my mouth and the vape tastes burnt. Also, the white light would flash and turn blue even though it was charged overnight. So I replaced the battery thinking it was damaged as well but to no avail it still won't vape as much and occasionally burn. The red light at the bottom (where it charges goes off telling me it's fully charged. I am thinking the wall charger is not charging it. I don't have a computer otherwise I would test the USB charging way. Any suggestions? I have also replaced the wick many times. And i now only get a good vape when it's plugged in. I am not sucking too fast or too slow. Any advice would help. I tried to attach a pic of the unit. I hope it worked.
