How do I send a private message to another member or an ECF moderator? Do I need a special status first? Does the member need to have a setting enabled to allow this?

I got a message from a moderator that had pulled one of my posts and asked me some questions, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to reply or to message her back directly.

I think you probably need 15 posts to be able to do so.

If you still can't PM, click on the black triangle below your name and leave a message---a moderator will get back to you.

I do not see any black triangles below my name, but see tons of them everywhere else. They all appear to be for reporting posts that violate the TOS.

When I click on one of these triangles, I see:

I went back to the private message that I got from a moderator and now see a huge box for me to use to reply to her message. Maybe I was blind before or just hit 15 posts or...
