I'm really getting into this DIY juice hobby. I started with a few flavors, mixed a couple of batches, liked what I found, and ordered some more. Again, and again...

Now, I have about 90 different flavorings - mostly from TFA (Wizard Labs) but a few others as well - and spend so much time trying to find a certain one. I looked at several of the DIY suppliers and collected their "catagories", but some seem too broad and others too narrow:
tobacco*
Coffee*
Fruit*
Candy*
Gum
Sweet
Beverage*
Menthol*
Drinks
Bakery*
Food
Minty*
Smoky
dessert*
Floral*
Holiday
Herbs
Nuts*
Snack

The asterisks are what I first thought I would use. But, where does one place chocolate? Vanilla? (Bakery? Dessert? Sweet?)

OK, perhaps I am over thinking this situation. But, there has to be some way to manage these little bottles.

I sure would like to hear how you do it.

haha i have a tackle box. in the bottom goes all the stuff i dont like. the rest or the drawers and spaces are just like a game of memory. lol. Im pretty good at it to. probably 70 ish flavors and know where most of them are.
Organization is highly overrated, lol. Two OCD people in the same house but you wouldn't know it by looking at it.

I have a little 'dollar-at-the-craft-store' notebook. 2 pages for each brand. I write the flavors down as i order them, and have room to write notes for the flavors. Keep it near the computer so I can check supply against recipes, then write the recipe as I'll try it on a notecard. Oh boy those little bottles pile up fast, and you're still always missing ONE ingredient!!!

I bought remnant foam from a fabric store (1.5"), cut holes and glued foam board as a base. I have 3 boards now that hold 35 vials each. I have them separated by type (tobaccos, fruits/beverages, desserts and additives).

I really like the little mixing station too. Holds my nic/pg/vg + 4 flavors and my finished bottle. No chance of spillage. Pretty cheap to do as well. I think the foam and foam board cost less than 10 bucks.

Mine are in a "tupperware-esque" container roughly separated by vendor. I never could stay organized, so gave up trying... I do keep good notes though of my "experiments" in one of those stiff cardboard covered composition books used in school. I figure keeping good notes is more critical than always putting the bottles back in the right spot.

Bookmarked for this post alone. Do you know the exact toolbox model?

Cheap husky 26" from home depot. $20. I have kids and a dog in the house. Needed portable and lockable. I have overflow stuff in another box but flavors and plastic bottles can't hurt anyone. Nic and syringes always locked up.
