lots lets talk about some tanks and the difference between cartomizers and atomizers
People usually describe their vaping experience by three variables. Flavor, throat hit, and vapor production.
Nicotine strength, and to a lesser extent the ratio of PG in a liquid and warmer vapor are responsible for throat hit.
Vg is most responsible for flavor production.
Flavor is the most subjective and unpredictable element of the three variables. Pg is often said to carry flavoring better than vg, but my personal experience is I'm not sure about that. I've found my favorite e-juice vendors us primarily vg and all-natural and all-organic flavoring.
my wife is looking at this SMOKtech 18350 GRIPPER Mechanical - Black Rubberized [gv-SMOKGripper18350-BLACK] - $12.50 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more I think it can use a cartomizer or atomizer what do you think
That's a nice little unit. Inexpensive. Very small, good for "stealth vaping". I actually considered getting one of those to use at a Muse concert for next month. You would need to get 2-3 batteries for it, as the single battery it uses only lasts several hours use.
It uses a 45mm XL cartomizer like a Smoktek single or dual coil cartomizer. You'd need a drip tip for a mouthpiece.

No, an atomizer would not fit in it. The connector is in the bottom of a cylinder where a carto goes. The cylinder is hidden.can it use an atomizer
ok that helps out of the two witch gives the best flavor
I don't particularly agree with this guys personal preferences, but he explains the differences between a few different juice carrying devices. A good resource video:
