Hehe, I wouldn't go that far. But seriously, one of the really nice things about electricty is that when you limit yourself to purely DC systems, all you need is a 3rd grade education in math to understand 90% of it. Now it does get into E=MC squared territory when you get into things like the physics of electromagnetic fields and solid state electronics, but for purely DC applications, where the far-out stuff does not apply (like e-cigs), it's all quite elementary.
