I have been vaping off and on for a few years. First I want to say I initially spent WAY MORE than I should have on a starter kit for a carto set and have since gone to atomizers. I now am having issues with coils constantly burning up on me due to chain vaping. Finally I started looking at rebuildables once I figured out what they were all about. I am looking at the AGA T2. There is also a VAMO V5 starter kit I found. As far as the rebuildable coils go I am very familiar with Ohm's law and all of that. My main problem(s) is if the fore mentioned combo a decent starter, and as far as the actual vaping goes I like a good throat hit as well as taste. Last thing, I am getting confused to what all the acronyms mean, so please define if you use them. Thanks.

I started building on AGA-T2's and they are a bit harder to work with starting out the gate. The Kayfun/Russian are probably the easiest route as far as RBA's go. I'm not saying you can't build on a AGA-T2 cuz' I did it, LoL. It just takes some patience and really good videos that explain the nuances of the AGA-T's. If you do decide on getting the AGA-T and have any questions just let us know!

I have to concur with the previous 2 posters. The AGA T2 is a genny-style tank. I have owned them (SMOK RSSTs), R91s (Russian 91%) and KFs (Kayfuns). The RSST was much more difficult to set up for me when I was a n00b. It's your choice and your money but I would also suggest you start with KF-style RTAs (Rebuildable Tank Atomizers).

I found kayfun 3.1 clone here $16.54 Kayfun v3.1 ES Styled Rebuildable Atomizer Kit (4.5mL) - chromed brass version at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping it states the coil is "rebuildable" but it is not "replaceable". What is the difference? Also, is this a decent RTA? Almost forgot to ask, it the VAMO V5 a decent battery?

I wouldn't get that one. Get a Stainless Steel version unless you really want the chrome 3.1.

I have several of the $25 FT KF 3.1s, (this one http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10006473/1630300-kayfun-v3-1-es-styled-rebuildable-atomizer-kit-4)They are nice. I use them every day.

As for the FT description of it being not replaceable, That is FT gibberish.

You will have to build. Some FT Kayfun variants come with a coil/wick setup pre-built and installed. Don't bother with even using them that way. they are trash builds and the parts of the kayfun may or may not be have been thoroughly cleaned (may not have been cleaned is more than likely).

Rebuildable - You make the coil/wick setup
Replaceable You buy heads and swap them out - Protank, Nautilus, etc.

This for Latest Design, good quality
$30.02 Kayfun Lite Plus V2 Style Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5ml) - 1:1 clone / stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

This to see if you like the idea
$12.87 Kayfun Lite Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Works very well, super cheap, upgradable - Nano kits, Glass Kit, etc.

*also agree Genesis tanks can be nice, but come with a real learning curve. Some get it quick. Others never quite dial them in.

Thank you for all the info. I am getting a better understanding of what I am looking at and what I will be up against. I always try to avoid trying to figure things out and get straight to what I am after. If you have anymore suggestions/info please let me know.

Edit: I had to buy a pack of analogs due to the cheap, crap atomizer I made the mistake of buying yesterday which started tasting like burned newspaper after about 2 hours.
