Hi all....I will be purchasing a Provari tomorrow and am interested in also getting a tank. I have never used one before and would like help in choosing the best tank set-up (preferably with no leaks) that would work good with my Provari. Thank you once again for all of your help. I'd be lost without this forum.

Hi Shannon, I also have a Provari and I use a Madvapes 5ml tank with a smoktech dual coil carto also found on madvapes..the tank is $12 dollors and works really well..the carto that comes with this tank setup is 1.6 ohm and will not work with the provari, so buy extra cartos. the cartos are $2.29 each and are pre punched..I use 2ohm but the have 2.5 and 3 ohm as well...congrats on the provari

A 3ohm carto in a J-tank is as good as it gets on a VV in my book. With VV I can just make it whistle any tune that I want depending on my mood.
Bling is a personal matter, and who is to say what you might like.
My daughter is trying to get me to cut her some end caps from a block of rhodonite that I have (yes it's pink), but oh man would that be a lot of work!

Ok...so I ordered what you suggested with two extra 2ohm cartos. Hope I know how to use this thing when I get it...ha!! Thank you for your suggestion. I am also going to order the Vision Stone Tank Mod from GotVapes. I will start there and move forward as I learn more about the tanks and the Provari. Thanks again!!!!

I am new to the whole vv thing. What volts do I vape with a 2ohm?

Depends on the juice and your preferences - but I would start at 3.7volts and work your way up to about 4.5volts. You can go higher than that, but you should find a sweet spot between those two voltages.

I vape with my ego which i believe is around 3.2 -3.4 volts.
I tried with my megalodon which is 3.7 and get a burnt taste if i vape it hard.
I used my vv box and keep it turned down low to avoid burnt taste and the vape was very good at a low voltage.
Higher voltage is good for higher ohms. :)

Ok so what about LR vs SR? How does one figure the voltage? I have alot of LR carto's. I am lost when it comes to the voltage/ohms/LR/SR and all that stuff.

As stated above, the cartomizer tanks are great for the cartomizer lovers. Just don't let them run dry, since they have a poly filler inside the cartomizer. Like any cartomizer, the filler will burn if allowed to run dry. The cartomizers are more flexible in things such as coil resistance and single or dual coils. Your Provari will allow you to really play around with its variable voltage.

I have been using the Vision Tank for a week now, and really like it. It is pretty sturdy, accepts a standard drip tip, and gives you the CE2 experience in flavor and vapor. These tank have a coil that is rather low in resistance, about 1.9 to 2.2 ohms. They work on your Provari, but due to their design they probably won't like higher voltages, and you will find yourself limiting the voltage down to a more standard 3.7 to 4 volt level. At higher voltages, depending on your juice, they can get to running dry or tasting bad. But of course, you can play.

Enjoy the world of VV and CE2's!
