can you use food extracts?

can you use food extracts like almond extract ingedients (propylene glycol/water/oil of almond) with glycerin usp to make my own e-liquid?

Oils are not good for attys. Generally concentrated professional flavorings are required. There are lots of brands. See the Guide in the DIY section of ECF. A few flavorings are oils and need some special care when using. but in general, oil is not something you want on your atty.

But you want to read the ingredients when you do find some flavors; for example Lorann oils is very popular but most of the flavors do not actually contain oil despite the name - I guess the word "oil" in the name is just a euphemism they use in the candy making business to mean "flavors".

You also want to avoid sugar in the flavoring too.
