Help with mixing...please?

Ok, so here is my dilemma. My husband is trying to vape, but all he likes the taste of is this HUGE bottle (probably 100ml) of Irish cream that a friend gave him. The problem is that it is 12mg and he is more of a 24mg kinda guy. I looked at DIYFS because they are really the only ones I know that have nic (I know there are more out there, but that's the only site I've been to). I'm thinking about getting some 36mg to mix with his 12mg and get 24mg, if I'm doing the math/chemistry right...all this still confuses the heck out of me!! Anyway, I have no idea what ingredients the Irish Cream is but it doesn't seem to give off much vapor. I would like to up the vapor but I don't want to risk making the juice too thick by using the VG base nic. I also want him to get a good TH, so I thought of getting the PG but then the vapor issue pops up again!! So I thought about getting one bottle of PG and one of VG, both 36mg, and mixing them half and half to maybe get the best of both worlds. But then I thought that may be too much VG and I would really like maybe a 70/30 PG/VG mix. But I have no idea how to do that!!! Not to mention that would confuse me further on how much nic I was actually putting in his juice!!!
I have plenty of empty bottles and syringes to get the measurements right. So I'm trying to keep it simple (HA, like that's possible!). I figured if I used a 10ml bottle, put 7ml of 36mg PG nic and 3ml of 36mg VG nic I would get a perfect bottle of 70/30 PG/VG 36mg nic. Right? And then if I used 5ml of that mix with 5ml of his 12mg Irish Cream it would make 24mg right??
I found a website with premixed PG/VG nic, but the highest they go is 30mg and I have no idea how to get 24mg from 30 and 12! Plus that would be slightly more expensive than my other plan with DIYFS.
Also, if anyone is still reading and not completely lost by this point...will the mixture I proposed above completely dilute the flavor so that he might not even enjoy it?

Yes. And, if his 12mg juice is 100 PG, the resulting mix would then be 85/15.

3ml of the 12mg plus 6ml of the 30mg would result in 9ml of 24mg. (or just a 1:2 ratio)

Most likely it would, unless the eLiquid you're using to spike his juice is also Irish Cream flavored.

For 30ml...

12.9ml 36mg PG + 12.9ml 36mg VG + 4.2ml of Flavourart or Capella Irish Cream flavouring = 30ml of 30.9mg Irish cream nic juice, In order not to loose flavour this step must be conducted first. This will render a 50/50 mix. <----- close enough (64/36).

From the base created above.....

Use 20.1ml of 30.1mg with 9.9ml of 12mg = 30ml of 24.1mg Irish cream. Enjoy!

It will dilute the flavor, whether or not it will be too much is hard to say. depends on the juice you're diluting. However, you can get higher dosages of nic base than 30, which will dilute the juice even less.

You can get 60mg here, or 100mg here (but use gloves and care when using this. You don't want it on your skin). There are other sources that might be less expensive, these are just what I use.

If you hap to have an iPad or iPad there is an app for mixing. I'm not 100% sure but if you put in ejuice I think it will come up. It's been a great help to me.

there's also ejuicemeup--great little app that includes a "tools" menu that calculates what you'll get by mixing different strengths of nic juice. It's free ==just google it and you'll find it's pretty handy
