help with ohm's

Hi all and happy new year.

I got a vivi nova for Xmas and a lava tube. So happy with that. But I don't understand what the difference between the heads? They have different ohms written on them? Could so someone help me with this and explain what's what with them.
Any help would be great.

The lower ohm heads will give you a warmer vape, more vapor, bigger throat hit at the same voltage. On an Ego, the 1.8 ohm head is my preference. But with adjustable voltage on the LT, you can in increase the voltage to compensate. I would recommend starting with the middle ohm head and go up or down with the voltage if you want a hotter or cooler vape. Lower ohms and higher volts mean a warmer vape.
