Trying taking slower, long drags and see if that helps. If you suck on it like you're trying to drink a really thick milkshake through a straw it just ends in "juice in the mouth" sadness. You can also try taking just a little of the juice out if the tank looks like it's overfilled.

Ok tracking, slow and easy. not so much suck. (OK does this sound like what I think it does?)

If you're interested in why a hard draw gives you juice in the mouth, here it is:

The wicking in the eGo-T and clones is controlled by airflow. This is why you take hard puffs without pressing the button to "prime" the atomizer.

If you look into the atty with the tank removed, you see the needle. You also see the silver plate with slats missing on two sides. When you draw, the air is pulled from the battery end, through the wicking, giving a venturi effect to pull juice through the needle wicking and onto the coil. The air goes up the sides of the tank, and into the mouthpiece.

So, if you suck too hard, it will pull the juice from the coil, up on top of the needle plate, and then straight to the tip!

It is unavoidable with atomizer + carts

Ways to try to avoid it - don't overfill.

When your white cart stuffing gets old and cranky, try replacing with blue foam (for 510 carts try the precut blue foam at strictlyejuice.com - cheapest easiest way to try blue foam)

When I set down a cart ecig I set it leaning on something with the cart lower. When I vape it, I vape with the LED lower. That way, hopefully it won't leak, and if it did then hopefully the juice will go in the atomizer!

And carry a tissue, because sometimes no matter what you do you will occasionally get juice in your mouth - spit it out and wipe it off your lips.

One other suggested - try cartomizers. Right after you fill a cartomizer, a bit of juice may spritz or sputter out the mouth end but that is less likely if you fill carefully and blow out the air channel before using it. Once the juice is soaked in well a carto will not leak the way a cart does. When the vapor gets a bit light or a bit dry, add more juice to avoid singeing the stuffing. If you keep it damp a carto can last for days or longer. I actually have gotten 2 weeks out of one I am using right now (4 weeks but I only vape it 1/2 the time since I alternate between 2 PVs).
