This may sound snarky, but it is not intended that way: you start by doing a lot of reading here on ECF. Start here:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/announcements-news/144783-warning-e-liquid-diy-safety.html

If that makes you want to proceed, a couple of stickies at the top of this subforum are important reading:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/127760-diy-warning-please-read.html
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/277267-purity-pg-vg-peg-short-version.html

ECF users dannyv45 and Hoosier have blogs with lots of great info for beginners; reading those will save you asking many, many questions.

And then my mini lecture: A lot of people with no chemistry training learn to do this, but they must learn some chemistry to do it correctly. In my opinion, you should understand the following terms and how they apply to this before starting: volume, mass, concentration, ratio, dilution. For example, if you do not know why the common convention of describing nicotine strength as "mg" is actually just shorthand for "mg/ml" and why that is important, do spend some time reading the info here and asking questions before you dive in and mix something up and vape it.

Then you spend some money on supplies, after deciding what you need for your own purposes. It need not be very much money.

And after you do all that get a good e-juice calculator (most are shareware) and play around with it. Do a search for recipe sites. See what would be to your tastes. Research what are the best flavors per vendor (ie: Capellas, TFA, FlavourArt, etc.). I personally use E-Juice Calculator, Bull City for flavors and Wizard Labs for PG, VG, Nicotine and mixing supplies.

How does one go about making 80% VG 20% pg 6 mg nic juice?

vague questions get vague answers 24/4.2/1.8 but this is for 30ml using 100mg nic with no flavor or you could go the long route and follow boletus recommendation in which you would learn a great deal and vape something with flavor ( just bustin your chops we do offer help along with some fun )

In all seriousness, you do need to learn a bit so you can ask more specific questions, which is why all of the reading matters. And if you can give us a better idea of how you are with math (basic algebra) and chemistry, we can tailor our advice for your needs. There are a lot of helpful, friendly people here, but you have to give us something to work with.

The way I've been mixing lately it should be called Pee-juice:)

I just mixed a nice vanilla custard which tasted great then decided to add a little chocolate juice I mixed a while ago which was also good. The combination tasted like I was vaping plastic.
