I got the innokin Coolfire 4 100 watt tc kit. It worked great until about two days ago. The coil head won't fit properly into the tank system which is causing an odd taste and less vapor production as well as some leaking issues. Could anyone help me?

Sounds like maybe you got a wonky coil. I suggest you get a new one.

I don't believe it is that as it happens with all 7 coils I got delivered with the device. 5 ni200, 1 SS316L, and 1 Kanthal BVC. I've heard bad things about Innokin tanks before while browsing the forums. Might go with a smok or kangertech next... Just wish products would work how they're supposed to out of the box. I bought from myvaporstore, but they haven't responded to any emails, and I can't find a contact number for customer support. :/

Are you priming your coils first?

Yes indeed, I am a pretty experienced vaper, I know that priming the coils are necessary for vaping to be good from the first toot of the fresh coil

If I'm not mistaken, their support is via email only.

Please ensure you have aligned the new coil head correctly.

Perhaps no one is around to answer on the weekend. They are a good company, give it time.
