I have a coworker who is interested in getting his wife an e-cig to try out. They don't have a lot to spare. So I figured I have the batteries and a charger I can spare. Only thing she would need to get is some cartos. That is where the confusions comes in. I don't know what cartos to recommend.

Now taste is subjective and what we like in cartos often surprises us. However she is not the type to experiment with flavors till she finds one that sticks. She wants to give vaping a shot, but I am hoping to get her off to a good start.

Does anybody know of any flavors that taste like winston's (never smoked um so I don't know)or any sample packs that might contain something close?

Winstons are a sweet cig compared to Marlboro or Camels.....as for what cartos to get....ohmy....not sure as I have not really tried many of them....most of what I have tried were menthol trying to find one for my mom......I have the cool cart tobacco sampler...I'll try what's there and let you know if any are close

Edit:....okay...well, I am of no help here....the 3 regular tobacco that are in the cool cart sampler are very similar to me....I would have to list them as Dunhall, Hilton, then the Kant.....The Dunhall is stronger and a bit sweeter imo. My suggestion....get just that sampler yourself and let her try them, then they can pick from there....it also has the 555 and RY4 in there. Hopefully an ex-Winston smoker will chime in....It was a long time ago that I smoked those, but they are very different from marlb and camel.....

You are doing a very nice thing Who....hats off to you and good luck....it's hard to please someone else....I have tried so many different things for my mom before I finally found one she can tolerate and it still has a little sweet taste...I told her she'd get used to it....lol

That is going to be real challenge Who since taste is so subjective and you want to hit a home run on the first shot without even dialing in a nic level. I wish there was an easy answer but we both know that there isn't.

When I first stated I was pretty satisfied with Kamel 18 mg and that was after being Marlboro Light guy for years. Of course there is always the Tobacco Sampler pack but there you run the chance that your friend might like 1 and not the other 4....then what?

Unfortunately to do it right there is no escaping an intial investment with at least 2 nic levels and minimum of 3 flavors like a tobacco, fruit, and a menthol.

I would suggest a tobacco sampler (if she THINKS she needs tobacco flavor) and a coffee sampler.
I was a 2-pack a day smoker for 50 years, and I dislike all the tobacco flavors. Maybe a fruit
sampler?

I think letting them know they will not hit the flavor dead on but will need to find one that works for them the best.

I like kamel wow. Used to smoke camels 25 years. I could have Winston too like a camel cig.

Thanks everybody. I knew I could count on the fam . I think I am going to go with the sample packs. They will cover the best ground. I just want to ease her into it keep it simple and if she likes it show her all there is out there to explore.

At least I have V4L to start her out with and if she is interested a great family for her to meet.

Hey Who, if she likes sweet, and dont kill me for saying this, please dont anyone lol... Wowboy might be the best bet. I would say if you have a carto, and extra wowboy, fill it up for her. My menthol friends LOVE wowboy, and they love smilin too. So who knows? Maybe you can hit a home run with those.

Sample packs in tobacco would have the Wowboy that everyone raves about. But then if they want to order that they are on the same boat as us who want it...
