I must belong on the short bus because I need help here. I've emailed Jeff twice with the required info to order a Chuck. I included a pic to have it customized and asked him if the pic quality was good enough and whether I should go ahead and pay for it right away before hearing back from him but I have not received an answer. Do I need to pay before I send the info? What is the proper procedure.
Like I said, I belong on the short bus!

I paid through Jeff's site. Then sent the graphics I wanted with all the other info required. Real name, address etc. He will let you know if the pic quality won't make it.
