Thanks for the vid... :) Folks around here with the kit and Herc were wondering, and I've had mine installed in a Term C with no motivation to remove it... I like it THAT much! :D I must also thank you for drawing my attention to the kit to begin with.. Keep cracking on man! :toast:

thanks for testing that out...and i too love your reviews and videos. you always have the latest with super informative reviews.

i was worried about the basic feeding section with the conversion kit. i would think that liquid would just pour straight down and cause massive leaking. wonder if he'll make a kit for the ithaka with a taller base to screw past the feeding section. i guess it also doesnt fit unless you have extra tank sections.

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have experienced a drop in ohms when your tip is screwed all the way down. I built a single coil 1.5 and when I check the ohms with my tip screwed all the down I get like .2 or .1. I barely unscrew it and it shoots back up to 1.5. Any thoughts?

Check your wires are tucked right behind the wicks down the channels, if they are poking out a fraction they will be shorting out on the juice control, happened to me a few times.

Here's the tank configuration for using the Kayfun conversion kit with Ithaka or it's clones (one of them anyway)

Ithaka (Herc)bottom body piece is already installed on the GGTS base.
Remove Ithaka's top body piece and replace with 23 mm Terminator tank, that's it,
I don't have on as yet but ....

Do you also need the large mouth piece or does the conversion kit come with it?

still worries me about the basic feeding slots and conversion kit. can't wait to see someone actually try it.
There will be no problems with basic feeder because slots must line up with the wick channels to get any flow, kit has no such channels.
The basic feeder on Hercules doesn't have the o-ring on it like Ithaka does, like o-ring has been deemed unnecessary but could be added.

    Magoo review

Here's where I'm at with this. Is the Magoo made by Tobeco?
The one from FastTech is for sure not a Magoo and doesn't appear to be made by Rainbow either.
Maybe a 3rd player? Or did FastTech use someone else's pictures?

Afak magoo is made by e-smoke aka joyteck

sounds like youre missing the fact that the conversion kit leaves a huge space below its threads where the basic feeding hole is. this will allow liquid to fill the collector tank till its full. no channels needed since theres just a giant space...i could be missing something and i dont have a conversion kit yet, but thats what i clearly see when mark todd screwed his kit into the basic feeding ring.

The Terminator has a pretty good sized space in the same area, while not as large, and that area doesn't fill with liquid. The holes in the side of the basic feeder ring allow the liquid to seep up not down. Here is a picture of the Basic feeder ring, I would expect that the kits threads would screw in past the opening in the sides of the feeder ring. If they don't screw in past the openings that just might be another story then.
