I have a HexOhm V2 but the battery door on it was cracked. I've emailed Craving Vapors because they have a lifetime warranty and they asked me what color it was and I told them. I then got an automated email saying I would be contacted, most likely within 24 hours, by a service rep. So far it's been over 3 days and no reply from there. The website says my ticket is being processed. I'm going to email again but just in case it doesn't work out, anyone know where I could come by a battery door? Or could I buy one of these silicone sleeves and just not have a battery door on the mod?
