Hexohm V2.1 Warranty Info

So, it would appear that my Hex has died...I know these have a lifetime warranty I'm just not sure of the warranty process. I bought it locally about 5 months ago, but I know they are through craving vapor. Do I just email CV to start a warranty claim? Anyone know?

That would probably be a good place to start. I know when I had some questions before I purchased mine, they were really nice about their replies and fairly quick about it as well.

Have you looked on the craving vapor site for any info??

Well, typically you start where you bought the product then progress to manufacturer/distributor from there. A reputable Vape shop will support the manufacturers warranty, or at least help you out, by doing the "work" for you.
