There is the health down side to smoking (way way down) but I always saw smoking was a major source of mental health - it's just too bad it had all the really bad health problems. So, yeah vaping continues that source of mental health minus all the bad stuff.

If there ever was a best solution to a difficult problem this vaping as an alternative to smoking is the king of solved problems! Minus the smell, the bad lungs, lack of stamina etc etc but everything good is kept with a highly effective delivery design.

Wow guys, thanks for sharing. So far I'm sorta blow away that I've held out over analogs. My biggest issue with prior quits was the insomnia. With vaping I'm sleeping like a baby! 2 months ago I quit (Pre vaping) and after 3 nights of barely any sleep I caved due to an intense work week where I needed sleep!!

Had a few minor craving last night. Happy this morning and plugged in some 24 mg this morning and sucking it back over coffee :)

I'm also impressed that my concentration seems fine. This also went out the window last quit :)

Yeah, I find it ridiculous how much I like vaping compared to smoking.

Tastes better, there’s more options, no smell, no ashes, cheaper, no cancer, lungs feel better… I mean I could go on and on. But remember kiddies, Health Canada says it’s dangerous. Cause… well, don’t ask questions citizen!

I am an auto detailer. I have only cleaned my van's windows once since I quit analogs. that used to be a weekly chore... my computer monitor is the same. I have to clean the fans and such in my tower soon to get the oily residue off. also changed one of the yellow lights in my garage hehe. those visual aids sure help keeping off the death sticks

I honestly didn't think I would or could quit. figured I could use this electronic thingy to cut back. I had already decided I was a dedicated smoker and was going to die with one in my hand. The year before my Doctor was concerned that I had cancer and sent me for tests. It scared me enough to quit smoking for 8 days.

SO I found this place. Took the plunge and ordered. I remember when my eGo came. First puff, I smiled and said this is going to work. Before I knew it I was done with Analogs and happy. All I can think now is "wow! how did I actually do it?" I do get the odd craving and think I want to smoke but then I hit the PV and I am fine again. I am now at a point where I really don't see me smoking again for any reason. I am slowly starting to cut the nic level down and even that isn't bothering me one bit.

I know I would not have quit this time without a PV. I was starting to become a professional quitter. Sort of the been there done that person but now I can say it with a smile.

Hey Everyone,

This weekend was my second weekend smoke free. The e cig really makes this a lot easier. It's unbelievable. No problems with the ego-t. I used the tea bag thing for my 510 and find it much better. Just got back from the gas station, went in as I needed cream for coffee. it's still weird to not order smokes. Feels good.

I have two juice orders coming in early this week. Look forward to a bunch of various flavors. even went with some dumaurier as that's what I used to smoke. Should be interesting. I've also ordered some cartos, and LR atty, and some dual coil ones for fun, and a 510 tank stuff. Should make some fun experimentation this week!

Hope all is well with everyone.
