I need some help deciphering fact from fiction.
What is legal and not legal?
What will I be able to vape after the hammer falls?(that date is also a mystery to me).
The game of politics is so blatantly obvious regarding this ban. It makes me feel that there really is no way of our government ever doing the right thing on any level. The rich get richer and the rest of us get sicker and sicker.
I really want to know the sad truth regarding what vaping will look like, if it even exists in our so called democracy.
Thank you.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Potentially 14 days left to buy nicotine before they tax the hell out of it. And by that, I've heard it could be 2700.00 tax per liter. Right now a liter costs about 50 bucks, give or take. Try and get as many rebuildable atomizers and a few good dependable mods batteries and a good charger as you can and also wire and cotton or rayon. I dont figure wicking material will be that hard to come by though. Learn DIY and coil building, it's not all that difficult. Its gonna suck a-double-s for newcomers to vaping for sure because politicians love their tobacco money and lose a little bit more each time someone quits tobacco for vaping. The government right now is at the very height of corruption, like this county has never seen before. Corruption in all corners. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Basically, everything we're using today becomes illegal on Sept. 9 unless the manufacturer has submitted a PMTA.

As for the rest of it? Enforcement? Nobody knows. Probably not even the FDA.
