Me, when a thing jams I either get out my plumbner's wrench with cushioned jaws or try to unscrew it with a a cut off piece of the mesh used to cushion porcelaine sinks ... which solves the problem 90% of the time ,,, and if it doesn't then the thing goes to vape Heaven via the recycling bin and gets replaced.

Sometimes wearing Rubber/Latex Gloves helps to give you a Better Grip.
Sometimes putting a Small Allen Wrench or a Blue Screwdriver into the Air Slots can give you More Leverage to Twist ( n' Shout).
Sometimes asking a Friend or taking it to a Vape Shop can Fix It.
Sometimes seeing How Far you can Chuck it into the River is the Best Way to Go.
