In your bushes, watching you undress
Hey all! Hopefully a few remember me :2cool:

I have kinda been feeling the urge lately, and I think I'm going to get back into vaping a little to fight the urges off. Seems like things have changed... A LOT, and I need some sound advice on a high performance PV.

I don't want to be a collector again, just want one 6v device that can also do 3.7 vaping as well. For those that don't remember, here's what I have owned in the past when I was more actively vaping:

Silver Bullet
GG-T
GG-Slim
Prodigy
Prodigy V2
Protege
Altsmoke BB
VAPRE51

Oh hell I can't even remember them all, plus all the e-cigs I had before getting into hot rods...

Criteria:

Point is that I don't want to collect, I want ONE device and I want the best, and I'd prefer it to look kinda nice and it has to be available N-O-W. Must vape at 6v and 3.7, would like as small as I can get.

Also, what's this new drip-tip stuff all about? Is it truly a 510 mouthpiece that allows you to drip DIRECTLY on the atty WITHOUT removing the end piece??? If this is true, does it work well? Sounds too good to be true.

I'm gonna spend a few hours nosing around to see all the newest devices available, but they are spread across multiple forums, and I don't wanna miss anything. Any help is appreciated! In the interim, I'll hit up Dawn's site and get some juices on the way....

Thanks guys, I appreciate it!

I like the looks of the Buzz, but honestly, I don't wanna keep a voltage meter or a screwdriver with me at all times. The Little Sister just looks a bit too home made for my tastes, although I'm sure it works well.

I just saw the Super-T Precision, and sadly it's not available... that woulda probably been the one, damn that's nice looking.

Looks like the new Drip Tips will be a great solution for me, I'll get some for sure.

Got my order in at Dawn's, but she's a little back-logged, so I'll place a tiny order for some Johnson Creek to have somehting this week until hers arrive.

*Edit* Crap, seems Vapure stopped selling Johnson Creek, now I have to look for another fast-shipping source!

Just now finding out about these low-resistance atoms... so I can use a small device like a Protege or eGo and a low-resistance atom and get the flavor and feel of a 5v or 6v vape?? Is this really true, or is this BS? I'd prefer a tiny device with the power and flavor of a 6v.

For someone who was a slave to 5v/6v power/flavor, would this route be acceptable?

    Welcome back Bandit!

The Buzz looks like it provides a lot of options in a small package, But I've been enjoying the hell out of my new PS Icon with LR 510 attys. What a solid performer and slick looking to boot. Others really like the PS V3 for 6V, but I prefer an even smaller device when at work. If you liked the Protege, the Icon takes PS to a whole new level. The only other ecig I would highly recommend is the take anywhere all-rounder, which for me, is still the GGTS (version 2 now) that also has its own version of the AVS. But, it's big, and I use it mostly at home and on travel days.

If I had to pick only one e-cig, it would be my Icon, followed closely by the GGTS (any model) and Protege.

Drip tips work well, but for most of my liquids, I still pop off the tip and drip. Shorties are better as permanent fixtures than the full-length versions, since the trip to the atty is shorter and liquid won't tend to build up quickly in the tip.

Also, look into Carto's again. They have 510 cartos now :D

It is my understanding that the vape is similar, but some people have noted that there is a slight difference. Good or bad I cannot say, as I have no need for LR. All my devices run at least 5 volts, except my homemade passthrough, and thats just cuz I can't supply it enough juice.

And yah, dripping through a tube is awesome. :D Honestly mine are just drilled out from old carts, but I'd imagine the real deal works even better. I'd definitely recommend a shorter variety.

As far as a choice for a device, I'd definitely recommend the buzz. It's specs are great and personally I love the concept of tuning your vape via adjustable voltage (potentiometer). Can't wait to see how the pulse turns out. Programmable ecig....scary awesome.
