I love 510 stuff just never really got into dripping so before my AVS I never had a real use for atomizers. I've got a lot of stuff coming up in Sept so I have to put experimenting on hold and use what I have untill Oct but I might have to give the HH.357 a try I've read a lot of good stuff about them.

I recommended 901 stuff for the AVS because that was what seemed to be the consensus as the best to use in them.

You do not get the flooding with the punched 808 Carto like you do with the 901. A punched 808 at 6v in the AVS is silky flavorful heaven.

Damned straight, load and set the air ring and don't screw with until reloading!!!:thumbs:

I was hoping that is the reason. I have some 808 cartos I am waiting on a punch for. The 510 cartos have the same advantage.

Dude!!! I used a simple jig I set up.
1. Drill a pilot hole in a board about 1/4" from end.
2. Insert a narrow finishing nail.
3. Put stainless carto in vise with punched end towards outside.
4. Align board with carto end.
5. Tack hammer small hole -- obviously the nail has to reach!:)
6. (optional) Turn over and repeat for heavy VG juices.
7. Insert in AVS and fill.
8. Use drip tip to juice up carto (don't pull too hard!!!:laugh:).
9. Fill tank to about 1/2 cm from top and fully assemble.
10. Voila!!!!:toast::rickroll::headbang::hubba::banana::party:

Right now Im using a HH357 on my AVS and it work perfect on it. I have not tried on my UFS yet but it will be next. I have the AVS and my iAtty fully loaded with all my batts fully charged waiting for Irene here in PR. We are under hurricane warning and the heavy rain and winds has started to affect the island. So my vaping is covered at least. ;)

Here's an easy jigg you can make for punching cartos using several pieces of tubing and an atomizer connector. Screw the carto into a atomizer connector inside the brass tube. The slot marks where you want the hole to be. Using a hardened and polished steel punch....one whack and you've got a smooth hole.

Same hole, same size, same place on every carto.
