I'm not aware of any 18650 battery we commonly use that has 5 legs. It's not one of the big names, LG has 4 legs the rest has 3 (Mooch had a video talking about this, MYmAhs-EP8). Are you sure they are 18650?
If they are then you should either determine exactly what make and model they are (and if they're suitable for vaping) or not use them at all for vaping.

Yeah, there isn't much we can do with the information you have provided other than to recommend buying some authentic batteries from a reputable supplier. Honestly, and I'm sorry about your earlier purchase, but don't vape them they may be severely underpowered, you don't know their specs, it's just not a safe idea.

If it's any consolation, buying from reputable vendors is often and usually cheaper than buying elsewhere, and batteries are the one thing it's not safe to skimp on, when it comes to overall vaping safety. Toss them (well, recycle them) and get some safe batteries.
