I ordered a few packs of carts yesterday and can you believe they are already here I got b&h,menthol,strawberry, and the seller chucked in an extra box of cherry for some reason which was pretty good of them, they cost me £6 now don't know if that's cheap as iv never bought any before, I'm just trying out the menthol now and it's pretty tastey,
Good for you Curt - you're in there making purchases. Every purchase takes you further and further away from smoking. You're investing in a smoke free life. You're coming over to the other side. And may the "force" be with you.

Thanx del boy much appreciated, it is hard and I'm not totally of the ciggys yet but I'm well on the way, I'm still smokein 1-2 a day but compared to what i used to smoke thats is nothing Im really hopein to totally cut them out in the next few days, iv got about 8 left in the packet and iv promised myself when they are gone that is it no more, with all the different flabours iv got now though I'm more interested in trying them all rather than smokein a borein old embassy number 1, and thanx again del boy

Thats not to bad del boy, Iv just been looking on amazon actually, theres that many to choose from its unbelievable, really didn't expect there to be that many makes and models
When i upgraded about 10 days ago i bought an "X power 900". On Amazon. i think it was £30.00. Arrived about a day and a half after i ordered it. It is superb too. Battery lasts 25-30 hours on average. Which takes a bit if the worry away. I found myself constantly watching the end of my e health cig in case it was gonna start flashing. Now i can fill my cartridge with about 10 drops of liquid and relax for ages without worry. The cartridges are mucher bigger capacity and easier to fill. You literally pull the cartridge off and drip your liquid in to it. Then push it back on your e cig and start vaping again.
I know exactly what you mean about always looking at the end of the e-health cig, to be honest mine has been ok so far it has kept charge for most of the day then needs charging at night, 25-30 hours though would be amazing no worrying whilst at work that it's gonna run out on me,
Maybe two or three health e cigs will do you then. I was a bit paranoid that after going over a week without a ... and feeling so OK about it that i needed enough to back me up in case of a failure.
I mean. It aint like you can just pop down tescos and get another.
I've had a couple of tokes on my health e cig since i read your first post. I'll never knock it cos it's where non-smoking began for me. I found it gives good vapour and a half decent throat hit. Not quite as good as my new one but still good.
The liquid works out quite a bit cheaper than keep buying new cartridges.
I must have vaping my health e cig more than you do then cos i found the batteries would last me between 2 -5 hours.
Also i wouldn't worry how many carts your getting through. Your usage will settle down after week two. Vape as much as you need to and it will deal with the cravings. Also, every single craving that you allow to pass is a victory. A small one but a victory.

Yes i did refill for about three days. It's quite tricky though cos that little inner liquid container is very small. And the drips from my liquid bottle would'nt just drip in clean. You'll need to find a way of making the drips smaller or you'll end up in a bit of a mess.
I went 10 days with no fags then i was passed a funny one. Thought i'd just have a couple of tokes. pphhhrrrrr. It was disgusting. I can't believe how tobacco smoke totally overwhelms your mouth and lungs. And that just after 10 days. Obviously vapor is much lighter tham smoke.
That's why if you want to skip some fags you have to vape on a bit. I'd say 4 or 5 good chuggs . Then another couple if you haven't settled down. You'll find out about all that though. You seem quite with it. Your are still in the very early days.. Funny after just 26 days i feel like a well established and knowledgeable vapor...... lol
Of course i know nothing compared to an awful lot of people on here. And i'm not sure i really need to know it all. You don't have to read the whole bible just to find out about the burning bush......etc...etc

Hey every1 after buying an health ecig I got hooked, 4 days after I'm back with a riva 510 and Iv gotta say I love it I'm totally addicted to vaping now not had a ciggy since my riva arrived and can't see myself ever smoking again
YAY Curtisdon1.........When did your riva 510 arrive? Are you using carts+atty or a cartomizer, or a tank? What juice did you get?
