Hey curtisdon - i started with an e health cigarette. Stopped smoking straight away. Been three weeks 4 days now. I ended up buying 5 e health cigs just to cover me and the wife. The battery life became a concern. I had given up smoking and was now relying on these little e cigs to sustain me through some heavy cravings. Like you are thinking of doing. I had to upgrade. I now have a model with a 900mah battery which lasts me over 24 hours.

It is almost unbelievable how much easier it is to give up smoking when you have a good e cig set up. I am not fooling myself though and realise that at some point i would like to get over my need for nicotine. I'd like to get down to 6mg by xmas. No rush like.

All the best to you mate and i hope you continue to enjoy your venture into the world of vaping.

not to hi-jack the thread but...how many cartos do you go through with the 900mah battery? (in one day, before it runs out) reason im asking is...i ordered a 900mah and not sure if it will last me all day (wish it did, shudda gotten a 1100mah) i go through about 4 cartos a day...sometimes 5.

mn-puffer, did you order a kit that had 2 batteries? if not, an 1100mah single bat at liberty-flights is just under 18.00 not bad....after the 20% discount...

Welcome, as far as health goes the only thing I had a problem with was feeling like a shortness of breath occasionally. I went to my doctor and he said my breathing was fine, but i don't know for sure. I took a couple months off e cigs....went back to regular smokes which for some reason didn't affect me as much then. Ultimately I believe I was suffering from a cold as since I've been vaping again for about 9 months it hasn't come back. Just be concious of how your body feels and be sure to drink water regularly as vaping dehydrates you like nothing else, especially when chain vaping.

Iv noticed I've got a very dry throat but that's about it for now, guess I've not been using them long enough for any other side effects, del boy how long did the e-health ones last for you? I scared if this one packs in on me I will b back to my old smokein habits and that would be a nightmare as ice never done this well trying to give u cigarettes before

I don't mean to push.....but one of the first things we learned was to have plenty of stock on hand at all times.....it's not like you can run down to the corner store and get supplies easily......so have a look around and see if anything catches your fancy...think about what you need in terms of battery life(to fit your lifestyle) how much you smoked and what flavors you want to try, the nic strength, cart and atties, cartomizers, etc.......just something to think about...

Yeah - i know what you mean about being scared. Thats why i went and bought another 4 ....lol. All 5 of my e health cigs still work. We used them for two weeks. Then i upgraded to a bigger e cig that has two batteries. Each one lasts me over 24 hours.

We had got a bit of momentum going and didn't want to jeopardise our gains with a e cig failure. So we got bigger better ones. E health is a great starter to test the water. I think in all honesty you will be better off to get a better model with the savings from not smoking. It will be even easier.....as hard as they may be to believe.

i ordered one two weeks ago from Los Angeles Wholesale Top Selling Products & E-Cigarettes for $19.99 shipped free and was delivered in a few days. Works pretty good so far and came with everything. The one I purchased was called e-health as well and came with 10 cartridges and 2 chargers. I use the usb charger quite a bit when im at work. It does the job so im happy with it. Dont feel like dishing out a hundred bucks for the same thing that just has a fancy label and name

no need to spend a hundred dollars, look in your own back yard in san diego. complete kits for 39.99 and under with batteries that hold charges all day. just saying....

Csulb669 yea sounds like the same one iv got, had no problems so far but iv seen bad an good reviews about them, I don't really wana shell out loads of money for a new 1 but in the long run it's gotta be cheaper and less harmful than real cigarettes good you let me know if you have any problems and if your battery starts loosing charge or anything at all? I wanna be prepared to get another as I'm really starting to rely on this, my batteries just ran out and it's on charge, I have a full pack of cigarettes downstairs and I feel the temptation

Curt - yeah. It's like a secret over here. I must admit that i was same as you. I thought...well...i'll give it a try. I'm getting over it now but i was staggered how easy it was for me to quit smoking.
I work on building sites and couldn't rely on my health e cig to last me all day. I didn't want to be taking spares to work. So i upgraded for £30.00. I was spending about £30.00 every week on tobacco/filters/papers. So i'm probably evens moneywise at the moment. But already i have regained the strength i started to lose about 10 years ago. I feel strong as a lion. Unstoppable.
I had wheezy breathing. Most noticable in the moments in bed as i turned out the light and lay there in the dark just before getting to sleep. Well thats gone now. Just vanished after the first week. I get real hungry. I don't smell of tobacco no more. My clothes and hair don't smell of tobacco no more. I have energy again.

It is like a secret over here, how is that? I don't get haw something that's as good as the e-cigrettes are to get you off real cigarettes is unheard of in England, nearly all my friends smoke an none have heard of them, I really need to het off the cigs as my health is really bad, I'm 28 and suffer from pretty bad rheumatoid arthritis, I was told of my doc that I need to get of the cigs or I won't be eligible for certain meds if im a smoker, not just that though I hate smelling like cigarettes aswell, and the wheezein an coughing isn't to good either

Is 1-2 carts a day alot or average?
You have an M401 model, and they have really tiny little cartridges that hold very little juice.
So 1-2 carts per day is almost nothing really, compared to the rest of us.

I'm guessing an M401 cartridge would hold about 0.3ml of juice, so 2 of them is 0.6ml of juice.
The average vaper uses around 3ml per day.

Check out this poll for more information on that subject...

Wow so I'm useing Almost nothing, I'm new to all this so I have been takeing it pretty easy, really good to know I can crank it up a couple of notches then my 1-2 anologue cigarettes will be down to 0, the only reason I thought it may be a lot is because the cartridges are supposed to be the same as smoking 10 proper cigs (so it says) I thought This was bull, like I said I've been taking easy just haveing a few drags now and again when I started thinking of cigarettes but that little craving is always there, think I'm gonna av to upgrade soon so I don't have to worry how much I'm vaping, another reason I have to take it easy is because the atomizer get so hot it nearly Burns my fingers,
