I just honestly think it's hillarious that shops say you can get a LONG life out of coils without taking into account the amount someone would use it during the day. I swear that most shop owners are convinced that these tiny coils will last for weeks on end, when in reality, the average vaper will burn through one in a matter of a few days to a week if they JUST vape and don't smoke. I have and RBC's, apsire nautilus, kanga tanks, ect... and I rarely go 3-4 days (using it consistantly) before I have to change the coils. i have never had a coil last week a week (unless i'm using different tanks during the week)

and yea i think ill get that nautilus mini with bvc coils they seem to be getting good reviews. im just confused with why washing the coil produced the burnt taste

When you washed out the wick without dry burning the gunk off, you just spread the contaminate deeper into the coil.
If you burn off the gunk into ash, then when you wash it the ash rinses away.
