Howdy. After using a crappy vape cig from riteaid for a week or so I found that it could at least decrease my paper tobacco usage. I decided to go ahead and pick up a decent one instead of buying replacements for my 21st Century brand vape cig. I purchased the following:

Steel Riva 510-T - Lite Bundle
Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510-T

and

VG Churchill - High - 18MG
E Liquid - Original - E Liquid 30ML - VG - Tobaccos

Just wondering if I am missing anything, or if I should have everything I need to get started vaping as soon as it arrives.

Thank you,

Obsquacious

How odd. That was my first starter kit and juice as well. I bought them about a month ago.

First, let me say I still like the juice although I rapidly discovered, much to my amazement, that I'm preferring fruity flavors over tobacco flavors. You might consider getting a couple different flavored sample packs in case you don't click with the Churchill.

As to the starter kit, I found it a complete waste. The 510-T tank system was just not for me and I couldn't really get it to work at all. Luckily, right after I received it, I got my hands on a cheap CE4 clearomizer and I haven't used the 510-T atomizers/tanks since. So basically, all I really got out of the starter kit are the 2 650mah batteries that I now use as backups.

Other people have had better luck with 510-Ts but that's my story...

Here is a thread about this system. Reading it might save you some grief:

Welcome and good luck on your new and improved addiction. Don't forget to get you some backups too. I like having one to vape, one waiting for me to vape and atleast one just as a spare. I have a bunch because I am paranoid. You can get some really inexpensive stuff at Fasttech. I am still new but really enjoying the flavors. Who knew I'd rather vape a peach than eat one. :vapor: Lots of great people here to answer any and all questions and just a kind word if you need a little vitual hug and support. Good luck to you. Let us know how you are doing and hope you get your starter kit soon. Isn't vapemail wonderful?

Hi and welcome to ECF. The Riva fires at 3.7 volts and is a good battery however the outdated "tank" system ( atomizer+ cartridge)is prone to leaks. Google "eGo-T or eGo-C leaking".
2 x 650mAh Riva Battery
2 x 510-T "Tank" Atomizers - 2.0 ohm resistance
1 x USB Fast Charger
1 x USB Mains Plug (US)
5 x Blank Carts - e-liquid will be required to fill the cartridges, sold separately
2 x Atomizer Cone
The good news is your PV is 510 and eGo threading and you can use any number of improved juice delivery systems. For your present tank system you can buy separate "caps" that will control the leakage.
