What does he actually make?
I had a look at some of the pictures and all of the items I saw can be bought on fasttech. :/
They seem to be clones of the high end mechanical mods along with Drippers (RDAs), all can be bought probably cheaper from fasttech, but you will obviously have to wait longer to get them in your hands.
The mechanical mods (basically battery tubes with a button) are used mainly by people who make their own coils, they have no built in protection circuit (the eGo etc have protection).
The atomizers are mainly dual coil, which you need to build yourself. To use the atomizers and mechanical mods you need to be able to build coils, know about resistance, power and amps. You also need something like a digital multimeter to allow you to check resistance etc so that you can use it safely.
For most people the move to mechanical mods (& dual coil drippers) is done after they are proficient with rebuilding coils etc on a more forgiving platform...
