Thanks for the feedback guys its greatly appreciated. !!!! :p

But what if money isn't an issue . What would you guys suggest?

*laughs* I am not rich, but money is no object. My hubby would give anything for me to quit - and I still choose the VK. ;) Believe me, if I didn't love it, I would have been on to my 4th ecig by now!

;)OK JEN JEN im going to take your word on it, but if it turns out bad im gonna hunt you down and break all your e cigs in half!!!:p

Tell you what, if you don't love it IM me and I will buy it from you or trade you for 510 stuff! lol

If you are a menthol lover, you don't want the super high nic, I heard those are POWERFUL! 16mg is probably strong enough or ask Steve to put a few of each strength in so you can see what you like best - he is very accomodating.

And be sure to come to the V4L forum with any questions or concerns, or just to say hello!

The thing is, i dont know if im not doing something rite but. all the flavored e-juice taste bad on the 510 mayble im doing domething wrong because i love the throat hit and vapor production, its just the taste i cant take the slight metal or wierd taste.

These are my steps.
1.Soak the atty in water or alcohol overnight.
2. Dry the attty for 2-3 hours
3. Drip 10-12 drops of either menthol or redbull flavored e-liquid into the fibers
4. Move the flilling around so it can soak up the juice.
5. Drip 2 drops directly onto a dry atomizer.
6. Vape Vape Vape with mildly intolerable taste.

Note. when i use the Redbull its good for 10 puffs then it just dies down (taste)
WHEN i use the Menthol e-liquid, i Get a blast of menthol to my throat for 1-2 puffs/hits Then after that it tastes like im smoking metal or something

I am pretty sure the attys are broken in already because the horrible horrible taste from the beggining is gone.

Am i supposed to let the fillling sit and soak overnight or what because this isnt working for me (Dripping/E-liquid Taste)

In conclusion, the throat hit is there, the vapor is there, the taste is not.

Note: I am a heavy vapor/nicotine addict i take very long 7 second pulls on my 510, i take 1 minute breaks because the atty heats up quite a bit, you think this is why i am getting the foul taste from the atomizer
.?

Thanks in advanced for the help.!

Unless the atty bridge is off center and in contact with the cart top edge - you'll see signs of melting. If not you're likely vaping the top off of the filler and the wicking of the filler isn't keeping up with you - iow, the 'bad taste' other than the shipping fluid and a cart melting would be that you're vaping air instead of juice. A straw mod would help. Or just having two or three 510's out and switching off.

Straw mod:

Oh yeah... I'd drop the water bath and only do an alcohol - ie high proof vodka - 151 clear preferably, not isopropal, for 1 or 2 hours for cleaning.

In your bushes, watching you undress
These are my steps.

2. Dry the attty for 2-3 hours

There is your mistake.

Stop soaking attys, this destroys attys. IF they recover, it is another 2 day or so break in period to get it working right.

Get a couple new attys. When they arrive do nothing more than blowing out the primer into a peper towel, dry burn for 3-4 seconds, 2 or 3 times, prime with 3 drops of fluid, add cart, vape.

If you're ever going to risk an atty like that (ie: It's pretty much dead, can't make it worse... last ditch effort) then soak only an hour or two, air-dry overnight. You got the steps backwards.

But this is NOT something you should do as any kind of routine.

Bandito.... likin' your avatar...

I happen to agree with your method as well. I just have been doing the 151 soak (not overnight) since I started and so far haven't lost one, and frankly haven't seen any reports of anyone losing them doing it the way I lay out. I have seen coke, water and isopropal kills and dryburn kills though.

I see the vodka go from clear to yellow in an hour or so, so I know something is coming off the atty/bridge/coil. And by putting the pg on before the ziplock keeps them wet so the 'start up' isn't a big thing. I still drip to start one out of the ziplock though.
