Hi Sameee, I see things are going swell for you, fantastic! The banner will give some incentive. You appear to be well on your way. Keep it up and you won't go back, two months for me before cravings were gone. In fact I still have some urges from time to time. The analogs have some deep roots.
I would also like to Thank everyone that posted nice comments they are appreciated.
Best of luck to you Sameee

Thanks so much Aspen. if not for you I would still bee smoking. you are the best, and there is one more person I would like to Thank too.
the lady who told me about this forum, Thanks hun, PM me and maybe we can get together and take in a show.
I got some of my e-liquid today and now then I get the cravings for a cigarette, I pick up one of my cool e-cigs and taste the great flavors and the
cravings are gone.

I can't believe I have not had a cigarette in 10 days. and have not missed them at all. hubby is amazed, and since I had 2 grand babies running around I didn't get stressed out,
the PV's ( lol I am learning the lingo lol ) are a god send. now that daughter and babies have gone home I can sit and relax, and really check out everything.
out of the 3 PV's I think I like the 901 the best. I guess it's because I have a passthrough for it. and can use it at the PC. I bought an USB adapter plug for the car so I can use it there too, am going to look into getting passthroughs for the 401 and 510 too. but the next thing I want to get is battery's for all and a few more atties. I hope I got enough e-liquid to last me the month, I bought a bag of poly fill and am trying my hand at filling the carts I think I am getting it down pat. I love the different flavors of e-liquid. and mixing them to make some great tastes. I am learning so much great info from the forums and all the nice people here, and passing it on to people I talk too.
before my daughter went home she treated us to a show, we went to see the Native American Rock Opera it was Great, while outside waiting for seating I was talking to 2 elderly Lady's who was smoking. showed them my 901. and put a fresh cart on it and let them try it. they passed it back and forth and fell in love.
I thought I was not going to get it back lol. one lady wanted to buy it from me right there lol. they don't have the Internet so I am printing out info for them. and when they decide what they want I will put in their order for them. showed it to others too. and gave the URL to the forums here to find out more about the e-cig. they where very interested. and know they will be ordering soon.

I am having so much fun. I feel better and don't stink anymore, I put up the ashtrays and lighters. cleaned the house. now I can sit and enjoy a good vape,

Just have to jump in and say what an incredible read this thread has been.

Aspen, you are an angel for sending Samee everything that you did.

Sameee, I'm so glad to hear that it's working out well for you so far. I'm on a fixed income so I know what it's like to try to put together the money to do this. In fact I just ordered a Healthy-E cigarette on Amazon (it's a cheap knock-off of a 401, and I have since heard bad things about it). I'm waiting on it to come, meanwhile I've been keeping busy looking for the best deal I can find on a 510. I figure that on the 3rd I can get that so that if the Healthy-E is as bad as I've heard I'll be able to ditch it. And of course I would keep it as a backup in case something happens to the 510!

lookin2quit at least the Healthy-E cigarette will get you started, and that matters alot, getting started, and thats the best move you will ever take, who knows it might turn out to be the right one for you, just if you have problems don't give up,
if it is like the 401 the only thing I can tell you is it takes getting used to. it almost drove me crazy trying to get a draw on it, untill I relaxed and drew like on a real cig. and then it clicked, and vaping away I went lol, now I like the 401 because it is mostly like a real cig. 4 or 5 hits with a higher nic and I can put it down untill I need it again.
as for the 510 I found a starter pack for $36.00 check it out here Choice Extreme Electronic Cigarette
I hope everything works out for you if you need help PM me or ask the Great people here

What a wonderful read this thread has been! Aspen, you're the greatest...and Sameeee, congrats!

I've been vaping for a month now, and haven't touched the analogs. It took a little getting used to the new system but I know I've succeeded...which is pretty good for a 2 pack a day smoker for over 35 years.

I haven't seen any other vapers in the New Orleans area yet...but I don't get out too much, as I'm taking care of my elderly Mom. I did blow some guys away, though, who saw me vaping outside of an auditorium. I didn't have any written material to pass on with me, but I told them all to google e cigs. I hope they did!

I gotta hand it to ya aspen, you are a kind hearted soul.. and I'd like to thank you myself for helping a person in need out, because I am one of them unfortunate individuals on disability, and if it weren't for my wife's income I would most likely be still using them cancer sticks...BLESS YOUR HEART!

and yours as well Sameeee! good luck to you and never give up...YOU CAN DO IT!

today I had the BIGGEST test I could ever want, hubby when in the hospital yesterday, 3 years ago he had a triple bypass, one year later the arteries where blocked again. they could not put in stints at the time, another year went by and they HAD to put a stint in the main artery due to 85% blockage but the other 2 where still blocked, last night the doc said he thought the other 2 arteries where blocked all the way and wanted to do cardiaic cath.
if they where blocked all the way hubbie would need another bypass, this morning I packed up my PV's battery's and e-liquid, for a long day and maybe a night too, the hospital is smoke free, last time he was in I had to walk what seamed like a mile to get off the property to smoke. which added to the stress.
well today waiting for the tests I vaped in the lady's room or in a back corner of the waiting room. I was able concentrate on hubbie and not needing a nic fix,
I was less stressed and calm.
Good News the cath showed the two arteries where not blocked all the way. so no bypass or stints, just a up in colestroal meds to try to reverise the plack build up, he will be coming home tomarrow, I could not have made it through the day if I had to smoke, Thanks to my little PV's I made it through the day
