Hi folks. This is a really great place! I have been reading as much as I can find time for and it has helped me a lot. Believe it or not, my doctor (a well-respected Internist) recommended I look into e cigarettes after I was unable to quit smoking tobacco. My first draw on an e cig (and my last tobacco cigarette) was 9-17-14, and was/is a total revelation- a real game changer for sure! I've even had an open pack of cigarettes here the whole time but haven't craved them over vaping, and I think that's great.
My local b&m store sold me a basic Kanger EVOD setup and 10cc of juice for $20.00 even. Being new to e cigarettes and vaping, I am on a rather steep learning curve. The EVOD seems to work okay (more on it in a later thread), but I’ve been recharging it using the cheap-o USB charger that came in the kit. Will this type charger shorten the life of a battery? I read that battery life will be longer if the battery isn't charged to the maximum voltage, and that some chargers continue to trickle charge after the battery is fully charged and that this wasn't good either. So what is a good charger for this type battery?
Thanks for your time and for any suggestions or info you may have for me.
Regards, Mark
