Don't stress over it. Some are dual users for a long time, some make the switch pretty quick. (I was a week getting my nic percent "right" for me, and then it was like a light switch. Lucky me! 18 didn't do it for me, 24 did. And then stepped down from that some time later.)

What is important is that you're in the transition. Count the ones you DON'T smoke, not the ones you do.

Yep that's what I've been doing I'm down a lot from what I would normally smoke thank you for the positive words x x
