So hi im new and really hoping this can be a really nice place to get vape info. now for the issue, I'm coughing so much I can't vape at all and this was going to be my means to stop smoking because it has worked for me befor 2 other times but I just started smoking cigs again out of anger. I know dumb i'm human, but it is what it is. But anyways all the other times I never coughed this bad or also I would get over it fast using the pin, this time with this setup its not working so it makes me not want to even vape. Also the reason I invested in this setup because I like it better then the pin and the clouds are fun.

My setup:
150w sense Cyclone
200w Fuchai
e-liquid - Kremlin - 15%PG / 85%VG - 6Mg Nic

This setup gives a huge lung hit, but I been a smoker many years and have inhaled a lot of stuff.

I tried a lot of juices from my locale vendor, maybe they just get all crap thats why its not working? i'm not sure please help.

Nic level should be fine for straight to lung and for someone who used to smoke.
I'm more inclined to say that it's the normal process of getting used to vaping. When I just started out, I couldn't take a full drag without coughing. I had a sore throat for like a month, before body got used to vaping. And now I'm all fine. At one point, I even though I might be allergic to either PG or VG (because of the throat), but no, turned it's quite normal.

Out of curiousity, what wire are you using and what W are you trying to vape at? Perhaps it's just too high for you and the vapour is too hot, causing you to cough?

my wattage is at 60 and my wire I use are cyclones pre made ones. both stainless steel and the normal cyclone wires there made for 150 watts it even has the wattage on the side of the wire, I tested this. the normal wire go to .6 ohm

In my opinion 6 nic level is good to wean myself off fast then i'll prob drop all nic completely as I did before if I can get past the cough.

So do I need to be taking like half a drag or maybe smaller for a month? plus close all the vents to help with that?

Also if I don't feel like i'm getting a proper lung hit it will turn me off too, that's one reason I enjoy cigs is because the way it feels in my lungs.

Also I forgot to say when I take a normal big hit from the vape my lungs feel like they're full of water, when I hit a cig it gives a lite stinging and they feel full too but not full of water and I can still breath. the vapes can be a bit annoying to be because of this, anyway around this?

60W is a lot!
Cut back to something like 20 - 25 to begin with. Then move upwards, if you feel you need it. To be honest, lots of W doesn't really translate into a better vape. Especially if it makes you cough violently.

The mod I carry with me is a Evic VTC Mini, with Geekwape Griffin RTA. I have dual SS316L coils at around .3ohm. I vape that at 35W and 260C. Can't complain, really.

For drippers I have 90W set on my XCII and that's enough most of the time. I've never understood all the hype with 150W+ mods. It's just not needed - period. It's just like with cameras, if you will, they make 30Mpix+ cameras and people just assume more Mpix mean better pictures, while it really doesn't...

Have you tried higher PG? 15/85 may be to thick?

You simply went in with way too powerful a kit here.

1) during the first few weeks, you WILL cough.. it's the phase where you're clearing out the crap cause by smoking from your lungs
2) Get a lower wattage tank... it's not a contest and higher wattage does NOT mean better. With a proper tank and coil, you could get what you need with anything between 12-45W easily.
3) the nicotine level needs to be a lot lower with sub-ohm vaping... even 6 might be way too harsh.

Anything from the Atlantis 2, to the Melo 2 or 3, some Herakles (all have various cross-brand compatible coils available) , or other more "relaxed" tanks will make things a lot better.

Starting with a 150W tank is like learning to ski by jumping out of an airplane over Mount Fuji.

I'd also recommend going with Temp control, so go with NI, TI or SS coils, you can set your wattage then play with the temp. until you get your "sweet spot".

Liquid wise, I now stick with 50/50, best of both worlds.
