If the passthrough has a battery then just about any AC/USB adapter will do.
Low current draw - The battery supplies the power for vaping and the adapter just needs to charge the battery. The battery acts as a buffer.

If the passthrough does not have a battery then you will need an AC/USB adapter with higher current capability.
High current draw - The adapter must supply all of the power for vaping.
Something like this one, good for up to 2 amps:
2 amp AC to USB Adapter
I use this one for my 5 volt passthrough.

I have a Volt x2 PT, which is basicly the same. I just use my Iphone wall adaptor. Works fine. Also you might want to check how long the cord is for passthrough your buying. I've been looking around at the other passthrough batteries and I've noticed that some of them are too short. You don't want to sit against the wall while you vape. Just sayin. Might want to pick up a usb car adaptor at a local store as well. Good luck.
