Happy Friday, everyone!!!!!
I am home with almost 2 feet of snow outside! Not going anywhere today, my doc appt was cancelled.... Things seem to be winding down just about now, I hope!

I have my preop Dr appt for my pain clinic today.
( my back pain shot is overdue)
After running all week, I am wiped.
I don't want to do a darn thing, LOL.

Ah rebuildables, I just entered the world of that this week with a Phoenix Clone from DiscountVapers. So far I think I'm pretty terrible at it. So if ya can toss some tips my way that would be nice.

I am NOT the one to ask about rebuildables! I have only made two attempts so far and that was with kanthal from hdv and some hemp wire.... I did my phoenix with a loose wire so that to change flavors, I just pull out the wick and keep the coil! Unfortunately, I think I put too much wick in there, OR I need to drill out a bigger air hole!
I also redid a vivi nova, with hemp wick.... there is a thread here called just hemp. It did work well for a while, no hemp taste at all. However, I started to get some leaking, but I think it was because the juice I used is dark, sweet and thick.... Wasn't wicking all that well before....
I don't have a torch, so I haven't done a ss mesh wick, yet.... It really isn't all that hard, I think that you get better with practice! I was laughing when I was trying to do all this stuff, so I did have fun with it! I have watched a ton of videos, so that probably helped. They all did it pretty much the same, though, but I guess the repetition got it into my brain better! It would probably work better with silica, but the hemp wick is supposed to be a bit safer, but I think that is still up for debate....

Well I did get mine to work but I don't know if I can repeat that.

That is the beauty of making a coil that you don't have to change..... You can just change the wicks.... easier said than done, I think! There are a lot of threads here explaining how to do it, usually you use a drill bit or something similar. I used 2 toothpicks, but I think they were a little too wide for my wicks....
Well eventually the coil will probably go so it will have to be replaced, and that is what I want to learn how to do.
