Yeah, DH and I keep saying "we should go for a walk"... (he's supposed to lose a lot of weight, has atrial fibrilation and takes meds, has had several surgeries and and is supposed to start doing cardio exercising...but I think he's scared....long story sigh)

DIL and SIL has atrial fibrilation. He exercises a lot (he is a physical trainer), and DIL rarely does.
SIL had more in control.

Oh gosh, I've heard that many people are "cured" of the afib with surgery, meds etc. but the Dr. says he might need more/or a different kind of surgery in a few months.... he's tired of hospitals and all the meds though.
Neither of them take meds. Evidently the side effects can be really bad.
