I starting cutting back years ago. If it broke and it wasn't needed I didn't replace it.

Yes a lot smaller and less "upkeep"...this place has an inground pool, lots of yard and sidewalks to shovel in winter etc.....
DH has been out of work and might probably go on disability soon...

he's always wanted to live in the Deleware area where he's had a little mobile home near the bay, fishing, walking in the sand by the beach, riding a little golf cart around the development, puttering around the yard and garden etc. Stuff like that will be what he wants and can do from now on. I make a lot less money too than I used to so things will be a little easier after we sell here and move.
