I went back to bed this morning and slept all day.
I am feeling a little better and Riley has a Dr. Appt in the morning.

I am bound and determined to make it a good day. Even though there's no school AGAIN! (This time for teacher conferences.) I've already fed the kids breakfast and started on the laundry. Maybe we'll break out the watercolors or play-doh later.

I think your kids probably get more days off than mine did.

I know mine got a whole lot more off then, I did. I also remember having to sit in school on the hot days and the cold when the furnace couldn't keep up because it was cold!!

They do get a ton more days off. But they also start in mid August and go til mid June. When I was in school we didn't start till after Labor day, and ended the last week of May usually.

I think they're trying to slowly edge us toward year-round school.
