Lol, I do the same thing with my Gus Lord

I find that doing this with my fixed 18650 Gus tubes, it is a tight fit. The positive pin is spring loaded but tight as hell. I would expect it would dent my flat tops.

It is my first v3, does the spring/pin loosen up over time with use?

I have around 60 or so mods and the only tube mods I have left are smpl's, I never really got into tubes but those for some reason I really enjoyed. Also great looking collection.

Thanks Beez. I expect the GP's will be my last mech purchase. I think I am now set for life.

I don't use mine much anymore, but mine haven't loosened up at all, still pretty stiff.

The GPin spring doesn't seem to loosen up over time. The GPin should come with different length pins - perhaps a shorter one won't apply as much pressure to the battery while still making a connection? Another option that I've seen is to trim the GPin spring a bit and maybe cut off a coil (not my favorite option).

I'm a big fan of the GP Paps v3 top cap and switch. The only ones that I like even better are the GP Paps v4 top cap and switch.

Very nice. I was considering getting one of their blemished 24mm atties for $25 but I opted against it for now. Maybe later. I think the time is coming for a shot of all my mechs together...it's gonna take a lot of cleaning [emoji23]

heya guys i have a question i have a manhattan v3 and im trying to find a silver conector pin for it but cant find it but i did find silver conector pins for the old AV buttons. will it fit on the Manhattan v3 or nah? the manhattan pin is as larg as the middle round conector on the new T shaped conectors for the AV mods
Solid Silver AV Contact Pins

The long pin fits the V3, as far as I know.
