I felt the same way for awhile. I went to our local B&M to get some e-juice and they had these on sale. Purely an impulse buy. It's my daily carry for work.
Part of my issue is I start wanting one and thinking about it then payday gets around and I am all like OMG New ePipe.... Or Caravela pops into a possibility....

This is not mine, but I did order mine in the same wood, that is the Oompaul shape, Freight Train Mods is the company that makes them. I ordered mine in 18650 as well
The shank is a wood atty cover, you can fit a Kayfun/Prometey/other 22mm atty in there. I have a DNA12 version of the General from them that I got on the classies here.

I love the look myself. Unfortunately, I only use 18650's and the 18650 tube for the ZNA sticks out past the bottom of the mod. That's what's keeping me from buying one. Well, that, and I really need another Flask in Gunmetal.
Vapor Shark must be caught up with rDNA40 production. I ordered one on Monday and it shipped out this morning.

That is part of the reason for me as well. Honestly it does not look too bad with the longer tube in a contrasting metal. It should come with both tubes though, if it did at the price point it is now I would buy.

ZNAs can't take flat-top batteries either, so even if you buy the 650 tube, you'd need to use AWs or another nipple-top battery.
No, it doesn't look too bad in 18650 configuration and from the images I have seen it in that setup, it fits well in the hand as well. My only concern would be with setting it down. Seems it would be too easy to tip over.
That's cool as I have that base covered with some VTC5 button tops.

Same reason I wrote them off. They look awesome in 18490 mode though.
