Was seriously thinking about getting the rdna40. Is there problems with this board? Also, is there a better mod out there that I should consider that has similar features. I don't need to go to 150 watts. Any comments would be appreciated.

I was looking for a small box mod with a genuine Evolv chip, spring loaded 510 center pin and 18650. It was between the VS rDNA 40 and the Hana DNA 40. I didn't like the shape of the VaporFlask or the XPV although the XPV was my 2nd choice only because of build quality. I ended up with the rDNA 40 because I didn't like the idea of a mod being held together by hot glue inside, especially at that price point.

I got the cyber monday deal after I ordered but before I received the rDNA so I was a bit disappointed. Then I got it. It's worth it even at full retail.

There were some bad boards, yes. Not like evolv at all!!!! They've done a fantastic job at giving the issues and are doing more than they have to to make it right. Should be very few to none getting I'm customers hands from vaporshark from through next batch forwards as they've dome a lot to improve their QC.

It's a little rare for Zeros and their ilk (Wapari, BlackRose etc) to turn up, but keep an eye on the For Sale sections of vape forums you frequent.
They do get sold on occasion so you might get lucky!
And avoid the "flippers" on EBay etcetera who try to charge you 3x the price!
