Is it just me or does the higher end vape gear tend to go for more on Ebay? It makes me think there are people out there performing automatic searches for the hard to obtain items, just waiting for one to show up on Ebay. Has anyone out there been able to actually find and aquire any hard to come by "higher end" vape gear items on Ebay for a good deal?? :glare:

I stopped using Ebay when I found out they had an anti-e-cig policy in their TOS.

+1 for using the forum classifieds. You won't find ridiculously high prices (there is a mechanism in place to prevent profiteering) and you're buying from fellow vapers that are not trying to make a quick buck (usually lol)

eBay went totally for crap after they purchased PayPal and John Donahoe took the helm and chased the smaller sells off with all kinds of new BS policies and then the quality and good deals went to crap, the overseas sellers took hold. You are hard pressed to find the good deals you were able to many years ago due to all of the policy changes, hold funds, freezing accounts etc, etc, etc. You have to spend quite a bit of time to find and true decent deals on there now, they are there a times but it takes longer to find them.

Ebay is not what it used to be ... and that is coming from a former top rated seller on Ebay. ;-)

Once upon a time Ebay was about the bargain find, while today, Ebay is all about exploiting ignorance. If you want to pay much too much, then go to Ebay. There are still some bargains to be found there however, by and large Ebay is mostly about highway robbery.

When a seller can successfully list, and sell a $6 mini RDA for $68 (true story) something is really wrong. I recently had a run in with a seller who had listed some IGO-L's ... that turned out to be a little A7 RDA, re-packaged into an A6's metal case  How in the heck did this guy think he could pass off a tiny 14mm A7 as a 20mm IGO-L?? ... Long story short, I got a refund, and I kept the A7... and the seller who was exposed as a fraud had to change his listings.

I just don't do business with eBay anymore.

Actually I have bought most of my vaping Equipment on ebay. Just recently I bought a set (2) of kanger mini pro tanks with 1100mah batteries, including a case and charger for $13+$3 shipping (It was an auction not a buy it now). I bought my mother a set I got around $17 + Free Shipping (Also an auction). I went to my local Vape shop and seen the exact same sets for $60-$80 each.

Now are these High End? I wouldnt consider them to be, but for me it's perfect.

Also I forgot last week I won a Ego-Twist 1100mah for $9+$2 Shipping
