High End Vape Gear on Ebay?

+1 it used to be easy to spot fakes now with so many 1:1 replicas everywhere i dont trust anyone anymore lol

That is right, they copy even the packaging, China makes it an art to copy EVERYTHING, so WHAT IS REAL? Just because you buy it from a US vender, IS IT REAL? They got it from China. Makes you think...

I've used Ebay for buying some vape stuff. I always check the sellers history of course. If they've been selling vape gear for over a year and have tons of positive feedback...little negative...etc...I'll risk it.

First, I knew it could be had for %50 less direct from Hong Kong; but, I needed it quickly and did not feel like the hassle and wait time of over-seas transactions. There are also times when ordering direct from Hong Kong requires bulk orders...or it's not 'that much' of a discount.

When it's a $30 item with free shipping...I just have to ask myself if $15 is worth a 1 - 3 month wait...by the time I got it local vendors would probably stock it as well...and at similar mark-ups as the Ebay price to boot.

Also, there are a few things that Ebay sellers manage to get a few weeks (or even months) earlier than the better known vendors on the Grid. Sometimes it's because vendors are waiting to clear out older inventory...or maybe they're still in testing phases before 'stocking up', or...they have no plans to 'carry' the products at all.

Heck, it's even possible that some of the 'vape shops' do run a test phase on Ebay before 'stocking/listing' stuff under their brand name. See how it goes that way before trying to 'back it' under the main store name.

eBay has gone completely downhill. I used to love buying and selling on there but I really can't justify it anymore. Taking 10% off the top of every sale is crazy and I think it has driven the prices up. Plus, I'd rather buy from the buy/sell section here and help out a fellow vaper!!

The fees are nuts, 13% all said and done most of the time. I don't sell vape related stuff but I do occasionally throw some harder to find automotive parts on there. And yup, higher fees=higher prices=not that great of a deal..

yea you know when I go to vaperev and they give me a certificate of authenticity and then I go to atmizoo and ask them if they are authorized to sell atmizoo products and then run over to atmomixani and vaperev is on their list too. its a little different then running to ebay where it could be a nemesis or nemesis copy or nemesis clone or maybe a segelei number whatever in a roller box etc.
( i know it's become quite the rage lately but as hard as it is to believe some of the stuff still isnt made in china yet)
not all of us buy fasttech level gear thanks...............
