high flavor VG juice vs

Flavor wise, do you think a higher VG/higher flavor juice would have better flavor than a higher PG/lower flavor juice?
Also, do you feel that high VG dulls flavor as much as everyone says?

First, I chose a PG/VG ratio based on vapor production. I don't think VG affects the taste much at all. I love over-the-top flavors, so I go from there. My flavor percentages are always 15% and up.
