Hey, so I tried a high volt device the other night and really liked it. And now, of course, I'm buying one.

So I'm starting with the batteries, b/c I already have an Omega. I'm getting some RCR123A's (LifePO4) and was wondering if the Trustfire charger I have for my 18650's will charge them?

Also, ALTSMOKE advises against stacking batteries in the Silver Bullet and Omega. Is this just a liability disclaimer or is it actually dangerous?

LiFePO4s cannot be charged on a regular Li-ion (3.7V) battery charger. You need either one for Lifepo4s or one that can be switched between the battery types. Serious problems can arise if you try to charge these on your 18650 charger...and probably will.

From my understanding the SB is not a vented tube, and stacking for high voltage is riskier for the batteries than just a single 3.7V. If you want to do that, best to go for a vented one. For example, my Shine (parkesvaping) has a vent hole.

Newer SBs (and even older ones to an extent) have a venting feature. Gases should be expelled through the switch. Maybe not as safe(?) as others venting designs but much cleaner IMO. I'm not saying that stacking batteries in the SB is totally safe, however. The omega does have venting holes in the base. That, for me, further indicates that the whole 'do not stack batteries' statement from altsmoke is more about liability than anything else.
